I am always inspired by the creations of Jill Ruth & Co. This was no exception! Look at her beautiful wreath in this post. Well today I tried my own version. I can’t decide if I should finish going around or leave it. What do you think?

Shabby Ribbon

I have a new love for shabby ribbon. I make it myself with special seam binding. It is dyed with ink and then scrunched up into a wad to dry. It is wrinkled and soft and I can make it in any color to match the card.

The lace is a vintage piece. I’m not sure what it came from as I got it from Simply Bungalow.
